FOOD: Food Systems, Food Environment, Health, & Equity
This research stream focuses on (urban) food systems and (urban) food environment, and their connection to community health and equity. In particular, it examines equitable spatial distribution of urban agriculture projects (e.g., community gardens, market farms) and the impact of land use policies and regulatory practices on urban agriculture.
